摘要
采用无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量、干缩应变、温缩系数综合评价复合式再生基层水泥稳定碎石混合料的强度特性与变形性能,通过冻融循环试验、控制应力弯曲疲劳试验,研究不同面层与基层再生料掺配比例下水泥冷再生混合料的水稳定性与抗疲劳耐久性。结果表明,随着面层与基层再生料掺配比例的增大,复合式水泥冷再生混合料的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度逐渐降低,温缩应变和干缩应变增大,同时冻融稳定性与疲劳耐久性随面层与基层再生料掺配比例的增大而显著降低,因此建议RAP掺配比例不超过50%为宜。
The strength characteristics and deformation properties of composite recycled base cement stabilized macadam mixture are evaluated by unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength,compressive elastic modulus,dry shrinkage strain and temperature shrinkage coefficient. Cyclic test and controlled stress bending fatigue test study the water stability and fatigue durability of cement cold recycled mixture under different proportions of the top layer and the base layer. The results show that with the increasing proportion of the surface layer and the base reclaimed material,the unconfined compressive strength and the splitting strength of the composite cement are gradually reduced,the temperature shrinkage strain and the dry shrinkage strain are increased. Meanwhile freeze-thaw stability and fatigue durability are significantly reduced with the blending ratio of the surface layer and the base layer increase,so it is recommended that the RAP blending ratio not exceed 50%.
