摘要
针对传统间歇性分布式电源(IDG)规划方法电压越限与消纳受限的现状,提出一种主动管理模式下IDG双层配置模型,在满足系统安全运行约束的前提下,尽可能地提高配电网IDG消纳能力。应用一种飞蛾扑火算法与原对偶内点法相结合的混合算法对模型求解,并在IEEE33节点系统上进行仿真计算。仿真结果表明,主动管理措施可以改善系统运行状况,提高IDG的消纳能力,降低电网建设运行成本。
In view of the current situation that the traditional IDG planning method is limited in voltage and absorption capacity, a bilevel configuration model of IDG under active management mode is proposed , which can improve the IDG absorptive capacity of distribution network as much as possible on the premise of meeting the system safety operation constraints. A hybrid algorithm combining moth-flame algorithm and primal-dual interior point method is proposed to solve the model, and the simulation calculation is performed on the IEEE33 node system. The results show that the active management measures can improve the operating condition of the system, improve the absorptive capacity of IDG and reduce the operating cost of power grid construction.
