摘要 介绍了首批国产化重型燃机周口燃气电厂1号机组的设备特点以及首次电气整套启动试验的过程,对启动过程中出现的燃机发电机定子接地保护误动作,燃机发电机线圈温度偏差大跳闸,汽机发电机无法同期定相试验等问题进行了分析。通过将发电机中性点柜挪至零米平台,取消发电机线圈温度异常保护逻辑,燃机发电机带南母以及汽机主变压器一起升压,并优化了短路试验,有效地缩短工作时间并节省燃料。 This paper introduces the equipment characteristics of the first batch of domestic heavy-duty gas turbine Zhoukou gas power plant unit 1 and the process of the first electrical complete start-up test, and analyzes the problems such as misoperation of generator stator grounding protection, large temperature deviation trip of the gas turbine generator coil, failure of the synchronous phasing test of the gas turbine generator, etc. By moving the generator neutral point cabinet to the zero meter platform, eliminating the abnormal protection logic of the generator coil temperature, the gas turbine generator is boosted with the south bus and the main transformer of the steam turbine together, and the short circuit test is optimized, thus effectively shortening the working time and saving fuel.
