摘要
幼儿园教育建立在保育基础之上,两者相互渗透、相互融合。评价幼儿园教育质量时不能将两者分割开来,而应坚持保教一体化的原则。保教人员、幼儿、课程与活动、幼儿园环境与办园条件是决定幼儿园教育质量的主要因素,从保教一体化的角度评价幼儿园教育质量时可从幼儿发展、课程建设、保教人员、环境与保障系统等方面展开,同时在制定评价要点和评价规范时应依据幼儿园的实际情况确定,以促进幼儿学习环境与生活环境的有效融合,保障幼儿园保育与教育功能的协调发挥为旨归。
The education in kindergarten is based on childcare and couldn’t be separated to each other;the evaluation to the kindergarten education should follow this principle. The caregivers and teachers, children, courses and environment in kindergartens are the major factors in influencing kindergarten education quality, so the evaluation of kindergarten education can take the children’s development, the curricula construction, the behavior of caregivers and teachers, the environment and support system as its dimensionality, and make the main point of evaluation according to the kindergarten condition.
