Identification and Evaluation of Living Centers in Chongqing Central City

把握生活中心的现状特征,监测其动态发展是编制相关规划、进行城市管理的基本要求。文章基于手机信令数据,采用局部回归法识别了重庆市中心城区生活中心,发现其呈现多中心的结构特征,但生活中心集聚的趋势依然较为明显。在此基础上,结合消费行为和基础条件维度的演绎,对比生活中心实际发展情况和理论发展潜力,评价了重庆市中心城区高等级生活中心的空间发展绩效,并将其分为发展良好、发展较高效、发展尚可、发展一般和发展较低效5类,以期为编制相关规划、建设城市生活中心提供参考。

Understanding the status of living centers and monitoring their dynamic development are basic requirements for planning and managing cities. Firstly, this paper uses cell phone signaling data and local regression method to identify the living centers. It is found that Chongqing central city is characterized by polycentric urban spatial structure, but the trend of agglomeration is still obvious. Based on consumption behavior and living centers’ conditions, high-level living centers in Chongqing central city are evaluated and divided into five categories. It is helpful for further plan and construction of living centers.
