摘要
在乳化沥青水泥稳定碎石基层材料中添加掺量0.6‰,长度为18 mm的玄武岩纤维后,通过室内试验对乳化沥青水泥稳定碎石性能的影响进行研究。结果表明:随着养护龄期的增加,乳化沥青水泥稳定碎石的弯拉强度逐渐增加,干缩应变逐渐降低;相比不掺玄武岩纤维的乳化沥青水泥稳定碎石,掺纤维后,乳化沥青水泥稳定碎石的最大干密度和最佳外掺水量变化不大;乳化沥青水泥稳定碎石的抗疲劳性能提升,且各个龄期的的干缩应变明显降低,弯拉强度明显上升。通过工程应用表明,在乳化沥青水泥稳定碎石中添加玄武岩纤维能很好地降低反射裂缝,提升道路整体性能。
Through indoor tests, basalt fiber, with amount of 0.6 ‰ and length of 18 mm, was added to emulsified asphalt cement stabilized macadam base materials to study the effect of different amounts of basalt fiber on the performance of cement emulsified asphalt mortar, and emulsified asphalt cement was added after adding basalt fiber. The performance of the stabilized macadam changes and related tests are performed. The results show that with the increase of curing age, the flexural strength of the emulsified asphalt cement stabilized macadam increases gradually and the dry shrinkage strain decreases gradually. Compared with emulsified asphalt cement without basalt fiber, the maximum dry density and optimum water content of emulsified asphalt cement stabilized macadam do not change much after fiber mixing. The anti-fatigue performance of emulsified asphalt cement stabilized macadam is improved. In addition, the dry shrinkage strain at each age decreases obviously and the flexural strength increases obviously. The engineering application shows that adding basalt fiber to the emulsified asphalt cement stabilized macadam can reduce the reflection crack and improve the overall performance of the road.
