摘要
为分析以磷酸盐为基材的水泥砂浆修复材料的性能,对其进行制备并采用硅酸盐与硫铝酸盐为对比修复材料,对不同类型修复材料的扩展度、抗压强度等进行测试,并采用显微镜与PH试纸等方法分别对黏结截面裂缝宽度、黏结性能与渗水性能进行分析。研究结果表明:磷酸盐水泥砂浆修补材料所对应的黏结界面裂缝宽度最小,且黏结强度最大、渗透时间最长,以磷酸盐为基材的水泥快速修补材料具有良好的修复与黏结性能。
In order to analyze the properties of cement mortar repair materials with phosphate as base material, it was prepared by using silicate and sulphoaluminate as contrast repair materials, the expansion degree and compressive strength of different types of repair materials were tested, the crack width, bond performance and seepage performance were analyzed by means of microscope and PH test paper. The results show that: the crack width of the bonding interface of phosphate cement mortar is the smallest, the bond strength is the largest and the penetration time is the longest, the cement quick repair material with phosphate as base material has good repair and bond performance.
