组态思维下创业团队成员沟通能力的影响因素——基于模糊集的定性比较分析

A Research on the Influencing Factors of the Communication Abilities of Entrepreneurial Team Members under Configurational Thinking: Based on Fuzzy-sets Qualitative Comparative Analysis

在对15个创业团队的75名成员进行案例调查的基础上,借助结构方程模型和模糊集定性比较分析法,研究触发个人沟通能力提升的前因构型。结论为:个人特征因素影响沟通能力存在4条路径,家庭氛围是影响创业团队成员沟通能力的所有路径中唯一的核心变量;在融合个人特征变量的态度、行为影响因素组合比较分析中,态度是唯一的核心条件。

Based on a case investigation of 75 members of 15 entrepreneurial teams, the structural equation model and fuzzy-sets comparison analysis method are used to study the antecedent configurations that trigger the improvement of personal communication skills. The conclusion is that there are four paths for personal characteristics to influence communication skills, and the family harmony is the only core variable that affects the communication abilities of the entrepreneurial team members. In the comparative analysis of attitude and behavioral factors combined with individual characteristic variables, the attitude is the unique core condition.
