摘要
阐述了开放发展理念提出的时代背景;分析了开放发展理念的新时代价值;指出了新时代贯彻开放发展理念的路径:继续健全开放型经济新体制,营造优良营商环境;以"一带一路"建设为重点,推动形成全面开放新格局;不断拓展对外贸易转型发展空间,加快推进贸易强国建设;积极参与全球治理体系变革,努力提升中国国际话语权。
The background and new era value of open development philosophy are expounded, and the path of implementing the concept of open development in the new era is pointed out: continuing to improve the new opening economic system, and creating an excellent business environment;focusing on the construction of the “The Belt and Road Initiative” and promoting the formation of a new pattern of comprehensive opening;expanding the space of foreign trade transformation and accelerating the construction of being a strong trade country;actively participating in the reform of the global governance system and striving to enhance China s international voice.
