复方中药制剂对小鼠腹泻的治疗作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究复方中药制剂对小鼠腹泻的治疗作用,采用番泻叶、蓖麻油和硫酸镁建立小鼠腹泻模型,观察药物组小鼠的一般状态及行为学改变,测定腹泻次数,并以炭末推进率为指标,计算单位长度肠推进率及胃残留率,评价复方中药制剂的抗腹泻作用。结果表明:复方制剂均可极显著降低番泻叶、蓖麻油和硫酸镁所致小鼠腹泻模型的腹泻次数(P <0.01),极显著降低番泻叶所致小鼠肠推进率(P <0.01),极显著增加小鼠胃残留率(P <0.01)。研究表明,研制的复方中药制剂可有效缓解番泻叶、蓖麻油和硫酸镁所致小鼠的腹泻。 In order to study the therapeutic effect of compound Chinese medicine preparation on diarrhea in mice, the diarrhea model of mice was established by using senna leaf, castor oil and magnesium sulfate. The general state and behavioral changes of mice in the drug group were observed, the number of diarrhea was determined, and the intestinal propulsion rate per unit length and gastric residual rate were calculated with the carbon powder propulsion rate as the index to evaluate the anti-diarrhea effect of the compound Chinese medicine preparation. The results showed that the compound preparation could significantly reduce the number of diarrhea induced by senna leaf, castor oil and magnesium sulfate in mice (P < 0.01), significantly reduce the intestinal propulsion rate induced by senna leaf (P < 0.01), and significantly increase the gastric residual rate in mice (P < 0.01). The study showed that the compound Chinese medicine preparation could effectively alleviate diarrhea induced by senna leaf, castor oil and magnesium sulfate in mice.
