基于AHP的张家界水体旅游资源调查与评价

Investigation and Evaluation of Water Tourism Resources in Zhangjiajie Based on AHP

经走访调研选取张家界市38处水体旅游资源单体,将其分成"主类""亚类""基本类型"3个层次的体系,运用AHP构建水体旅游资源评价的资源要素价值、旅游开发基础条件和可持续发展系统3个准则层,选取观赏价值、人文价值、科学价值、游憩价值、社会条件、区位条件、基础设施生态环境质量等16项指标,运用指标赋值与加权求和方法对市内水体旅游资源单体作出分级。研究表明:从数量上看,张家界水体旅游资源众多,种类丰富;从质量上看,38处水体旅游资源,优良级水体旅游资源13项,占比1/3;水体旅游开发条件良好,但整体质量较低。从加强水环境质量监测、开发水体旅游+康养新模式、完善基础设施及交通建设3方面提出了改善建议。

Thirty eight monomer water tourism resources in Zhangjiajie City were selected through investigation and research, which were divided into three-level system: main category, sub-category and basic category. AHP was used to construct three criterion levels: resource element value, basic condition of tourism development and sustainable development system;16 indicators, such as ornamental value, humanistic value, scientific value, recreational value, social condition, location condition, infrastructure and ecological environment quality, were used to classify the water tourism resources in the city by the method of index assignment and weighted summation. The results show that, in terms of quantity, Zhangjiajie water body is rich in tourism resources and types. In terms of quality, there are 38 water body tourism resources and 13 excellent water body tourism resources, accounting for 1/3. The development conditions are good, but the overall quality is low. The suggestions are put forward from three aspects: strengthening the water environment quality monitoring, developing the new model of water tourism with health and rehabilitation, and improving the infrastructure and traffic construction.
