摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了湖南野生新鲜艾叶中的挥发油,并计算其产率,用GC-MS技术鉴定其化学成分及含量。结果表明:野生艾叶产油量为0.48 g/100 g新鲜艾叶;GC-MS技术鉴定出化学成分56个,主要成分有龙脑冰片(C_(10)H_(18)O)、4,11,11-三甲基-8-亚甲基-双环[7.2.0]十一烷-4-烯(C_(15)H_(24))、石竹烯(C_(15)H_(24)),相对含量分别为23.6%、18.03%、6.64%;不同产地的艾叶挥发油含量不同,化学成分也不同。
GC-MS was used to analyze the volatile oil from wild fresh Artmisia argyi leaves produced by Hunan province. The volatile oil was extracted by hydrodistillation. The yield was 0.48 g/100g. The main compound was borneol (C10H18O), 4,11, 11-trimethyl-8- methylene-dicyclic [7.2.0] undecane-4-ene (C15H24) and caryophyllene (C15H24), the content was 23.6%,18.03% and 6.64%, respectively. The result indicated that the compounds and volatile oil contents from Artemisia argyi leaves varied with the producing areas.
