江苏农业农村融合发展示范模式与思考

Demonstration Model and Thinking on the Development of Agricultural and Rural Integration in Jiangsu

新时期江苏省为推动乡村转型升级,提出并实施了主题创意农园、休闲观光农业示范村、农业特色小镇、特色田园乡村和田园综合体等不同的乡村建设与农业融合发展的示范模式,通过对示范模式对比与阐述、找到不同模式间在产业模式、乡村建设及经营运作与适应条件等方面的差异。针对示范模式的发展提出分区设计、加强政府引导与政策支持、扩展参与主体,创新经营模式以及深化宣传推广,提升品牌形象等建议。

In order to promote rural transformation and upgrading in the new era, Jiangsu Province has put forward and implemented different demonstration models of rural construction and agricultural integration development, such as theme creative farms, leisure and sightseeing agricultural demonstration villages, small towns with agricultural characteristics, characteristic pastoral villages and pastoral complexes. Through the comparison and elaboration of the demonstration modes, the differences between different modes in industrial mode, rural construction, operation and adaptation conditions are found. In view of the development of the demonstration model, some suggestions are put forward, such as zoning design, strengthening government guidance and policy support, expanding participants, innovating business models, deepening publicity and promotion, and enhancing brand image.
