长株潭城市群城镇化与土地集约利用协调发展研究

Research on Coordinated Development of Urbanization and Intensive Land Use in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration

对长株潭城市群2008—2016年城镇化与土地集约利用两大系统之间的协同发展进行了分析。结果显示:从时间特征来看,2008—2016年城镇化与土地集约利用的综合指数、耦合度和耦合协调度均呈上升趋势,协调度经历了失调阶段向协调发展阶段转变;空间特征来看,长沙市和湘潭市较先进入协调发展阶段,株洲市发展较为滞后。

This paper analyzes the synergistic development between urbanization and land intensive use in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan urban agglomerations from 2008 to 2016. The results show that: from the perspective of time characteristics, the comprehensive index, coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of urbanization and intensive land use are on the rise from 2008 to 2016, and the coordination degree has undergone a transition from imbalance stage to coordinated development stage. From the point of view of spatial characteristics, Changsha and Xiangtan have advanced into the stage of coordinated development, while Zhuzhou has lagged behind.
