摘要 随着中尼、中印铁路引入西藏自治区路网规划,2030年拉日铁路通道功能的进一步加强及运量的快速增长,既有能力已远远不能满足日益增长的运输需求,提高线路能力迫在眉睫。通过对既有铁路技术标准和运营现状的分析,根据近、远期客货运量预测特点,通过采用改造牵引种类、提高牵引质量、增开预留车站、增建二线等措施,从改建目标、分段改建原则及改建方案3个角度,对维持内燃牵引情况下延长全部车站到发线有效长、局部区段复线,以及进行电气化改造情况下延长到发线有效长度、局部区段增建二线扩能方案进行方案比选研究,以达到挖潜扩能,使通道能力与运输需求相匹配的目标,最后,提出拉日铁路扩能改造的建设时序。 With the introduction of Sino-Nepalese and Sino-Indian railways into the railway network planning of Tibet Autonomous Region, the function of Lasa to Shigatse railway corridor has been further strengthened, and the traffic volume will increase rapidly in 2030. The existing capacity is far from meeting the increasing transport demand, therefore it is urgent to improve the line capacity. Based on the analysis of technical standards and operation status of existing railways, according to the characteristics of passenger and freight volume forecast in different research years, from the perspective of reconstruction objectives, principles of sectional reconstruction and reconstruction schemes, this paper adopts such measures as retrofitting traction types, improving traction quality, opening more reserved stations and building more second lines to prolong the effective length of all stations to departure lines under the condition of maintaining internal combustion traction and local multi-line. In the case of electrified transformation, the effective length of the transmission line is extended, and the capacity expansion scheme of the second line is built in the local section for comparison and study. The purpose is to tap the potential and expand the capacity, so as to match the capacity of the corridor with the transport demand, and finally put forward the construction schedule of the expansion and transformation of the Lasa-Shigatse Railway.
