为做好"陆港型国家级哈密物流枢纽"布局规划,基于哈密物流市场现状及市场需求,通过项目运量预测,从货源分布、铁路场站条件、通道布局等方面对区域内8个车站综合比较分析,确定哈密南铁路物流基地选址,并结合哈密南铁路物流基地地理条件、功能分区和设计,提出横列式贯通布置方案及横列式尽头布置方案。经过综合比选,推荐运输组织灵活、运输效率高的横列式贯通布置方案。哈密南铁路物流基地为集铁路港作业区与物流仓储、配送、加工等延伸服务于一体的物流枢纽中心,是区域铁路枢纽与国家物流基地融合的典范,对推动现代物流业具有重要意义。

To make a good layout plan of national level dry port type Hami Logistics Hub, based on the current situation of Hami logistics market and market demand, this paper makes a comprehensive comparative analysis of eight stations in the region from the aspects of distribution of freight sources, conditions of railway yards and stations, and layout of corridors, determines the location of Hami south railway logistics base, combines the geographical conditions, functional zoning with the design of Hami south railway logistics base, and puts forward the horizontal through layout scheme and the horizontal end layout scheme. After comprehensive comparison and selection, the horizontal layout scheme with flexible transport organization and high transport efficiency is recommended. Hami South Railway Logistics Base is a logistics hub which integrates railway port operation area with logistics warehousing, distribution, processing and other extension services, which is a model of integration of regional railway hub and national logistics base, and it has a great significance for promoting modern logistics industry.
