丁酸梭菌的功能特性及其在养殖生产中的应用进展

Study on the Function Characteristics of Clostridium Butyricum and its Application Progress in Livestock Breeding

丁酸梭菌作为一类厌氧的杆状芽孢杆菌科细菌,能够抑制动物体内大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌等常见肠道致病菌的增殖,同时作为一种肠道益生菌,也是一类具有很大开发潜力的微生态制剂。本文对丁酸梭菌的功能特性进行了综述,旨在为丁酸梭菌在动物健康养殖生产中的应用提供参考。

Clostridium butyricum,as a kind of anaerobic bacillus,can inhibit the proliferation of com? mon intestinal pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Salmonella in animals,promote the prolifer? ation of probiotic bacteria. As a probiotic bacteria in intestine, it is a microecological preparation with great potential for development. In this paper, the characteristics and functions of Clostridium butyricum were summarized in order to provide reference for the application of Clostridium butyricum in animal health breeding production.
