益肾祛瘀方治疗精索静脉曲张不育对精子质量和氧化应激的影响

目的:观察益肾祛瘀方治疗精索静脉曲张不育对精子质量和氧化应激的影响。方法:97例随机分为两组,对照组48例用维生素E胶囊,观察组49例用益肾祛瘀方,两组均治疗6个月。结果:观察组精液量、精子浓度、前向运动精子率、配偶妊娠率SOD指标高于对照组(P<0.05),DFI及MDA低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益肾祛瘀方可缓解精索静脉曲张症状,提高静脉回流,改善精子质量,提高睾丸生精功能,从而增加配偶受孕概率。

Objective: To observe the effect of Tonifying Kidney and Removing Blood Stasis Decoction on sperm quality and oxidative stress in infertile patients with varicocele. Method: 97 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly. 48 cases were treated with Vitamin E capsules as the control group while 49 cases were treated with Tonifying Kidney and Removing Blood Stasis Decoction as the observation group. Both groups were treated for 6 months. Result: The index of semen volume, sperm concentration, the rate of forward motility sperm, pregnancy rate of spouses and SOD of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The index of DFI and MDA of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tonifying Kidney and Removing Blood Stasis Decoction could relieve the symptoms of varicocele, increase venous drainage, improve sperm quality of patients and increase testicular spermatogenic function, so as to increase the pregnant rate of the spouses.
