中药治疗甲状腺结节临床观察

目的:观察中药治疗甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法:40例随机分为对照组和观察组各20例。两组均予低碘饮食,并予情绪疏导,观察组加用中药治疗,4周为一疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果:观察组治疗后甲状腺结节最大直径明显缩小,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后甲状腺结节最大直径无明显变化,治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组甲状腺结节最大直径比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药能缩小甲状腺结节。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the self-made Chinese medicine prescription for the treatment of Thyroid nodules by soothing liver、regulating the Qi、promoting blood flow and resolving masses.Methods:40 patients diagnosed as thyroid nodule were randomly divided into two groups,with 20 patients in each group.Except giving low iodine diet,control group did not receive any medicine, observation group was treated with the self-made Chinese medicine treatment based on the control group. Two groups were observed for 3 courses with 4 weeks in a course. The total effective rate and the maximum diameter of thyroid nodule were compared before and after.Results:There was no statistically meaning between two group before treatment in the maximum diameter. Thyroid nodule significantly narrowed in treatment group after treatment, the difference had statistically meaning before and after treatment;There was no significant change in the maximum diameter of thyroid nodule after treatment,the difference had no statistically meaning before and after treatment;The diameter reduction of thyroid nodules in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,there was statistically meaning between two group after treatment in the maximum diameter. The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The thyroid nodules can be effectively reduced by using self-made Chinese medicine.
