柴胡疏肝散合左金丸加减治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎疗效观察

目的:观察柴胡疏肝散合左金丸加减治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的疗效。方法:56例随机分为研究组和对照组各28例。对照组予以"三联疗法"治疗,研究组给予柴胡疏肝散合左金丸加减治疗。结果:总有效率研究组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗期间研究组恶心、便秘发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组1年复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散合左金丸加减治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎疗效较好,不良反应发生率较低,复发率较低。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan San and Zuojin Pills in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis. Methods: 56 cases of chronic erosive gastritis were randomly divided into study group and control group, 28 cases in each group. The control group was treated with triple therapy. The study group was treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder and Zuojin Pill, one dose per day for 4 weeks, one course of treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results: the effective rate of the study group was 96.4%, which was higher than that of the control group (75%)(P<0.05). The incidence of nausea and constipation in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P< 0.05). The incidence of dizziness and dry mouth in the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05). The recurrence rate was 3.6% in the study group and 21.4% in the control group. The recurrence rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of chronic erosive gastritis with Chaihu Shugan Powder and Zuojin Pill has definite curative effect. The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of patients are lower.
