重庆地区居民对冠心病中西医科普知识认知情况调查

Investigation on Chongqing Residents' Cognition Condition of 20 items Popular Science Knowledge of TCM and Western Medicine on Coronary Heart Disease

目的:通过问卷调查形式了解重庆地区居民对冠心病中西医科普知识的认知情况,为冠心病中西医科普工作提供合理化建议。方法:在参考冠心病诊疗指南和有关研究的基础上,自行设计调查问卷并在重庆地区随机发放900份,回收780份,评阅后共得有效问卷650份(包括纸质问卷和电子问卷),建立数据库,进行统计分析。结果:重庆地区居民对冠心病总体认知水平比较有限,20项冠心病中西医科普知识的总认知程度均值为35.76,认知程度均值最高的是"知道严重胸痛要拨打120吗"为2.63;认知程度均值最低的是"知道冠心病分为几种类型吗"为1.43。结论:需改善冠心病中西医科普认知现状,科普内容应当系统化并具有针对性,加强对冠心病中医药知识的认知和诊治的普及是重点。

Through the form of questionnaire survey to understand the residents of chongqing to CHD in the knowledge of TCM and western medicine,to provide reasonable Suggestions for the work of CHD knowledge of TCM and western medicine.Methods:On the basis of reference CHD diagnosis and treatment guidelines and related research,Designed the questionnaire by myself and randomly filled in 900 copies in chongqing,and recovered 780 copies.After the review,650 copies of valid questionnaires (including paper questionnaires and electronic questionnaires) were obtained.Establish database for statistical analysis.Result:The overall cognition level of residents in chongqing is relatively limited. The mean value of the 20 TCM and western popular knowledge about coronary heart disease was 35.76.The highest mean of cognition was "do you know to dial 120 for severe chest pain",which was 2.63.The lowest mean of cognition was 1.43.conclusion:It is necessary to improve the cognition of CHD in TCM and western medicine,the contents of which should be systematized and targeted,and the key point is to strengthen the cognition of CHD knowledge in TCM and the popularization of diagnosis and treatment.
