柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片结合毫火针治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

目的:观察柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片结合毫火针治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:80例按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组给予柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片结合毫火针治疗,对照组仅给予柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗,疗程均为15天。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),血清IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片结合毫火针治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效较好,且安全。

Objective:To observe and study the effect of Mimi-needle on ulcerative colitis and its effect on the expression of serum inflammatory factors.Methods:Eighty patients with ulcerative colitis who were selected according to the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases) according to the randomized number table.The treatment group was given the drug (sulphonium sulfazone colonic tablet) combined with the firearm needle, and the control group was given only the drug treatment (the sulfasalazine colonic tablet).The course of treatment was 15 days.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The serum IL-1β of the treatment group.The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of the treatment of ulcerative colitis with acupuncture needles is significant, safe and reliable, and worthy of study.
