汽车活动接触座注塑件镶拼式侧抽芯注塑模具设计 被引量:12

Design of Injection Mold with Inserted Side Core Pulling for Automobile Movable Contact Seat

摘要 以内部结构复杂的汽车活动接触座塑件为例,分析了薄壁件压板镶拼式侧抽芯三板注塑模具中的关键技术。塑件含有多孔、深槽和侧向凸台等多种细节特征,运用UG NX 软件进行塑件特征建模,在UG8.5 Mold Wizard应用模块下保证各个机构间互不干涉。根据活动接触座的结构特点,采用压板镶拼式抽芯机构实现塑件侧面特征成型。设计了阶梯形推杆,保证塑件顺利脱模。为避免塑件表面产生气泡、凹陷等缺陷,在模具分型面上开设了燕尾槽进行排气。关键点在于运用Moldflow 软件对塑件缺陷进行模拟分析,给出了合理的优化参数,最终选择了熔体温度为280℃、保压时间为8 s、充填压力为95 MPa 的工艺组合,改善了零件的使用性能。设计的模具结构紧凑、工作稳定,对同类模具设计具有一定参考价值。 Taking the plastic part of the moving contact seat of automobile with complex internal structure as an example, the key technology of the injection mold of thin-walled parts with side core pulling and laminating was analyzed. The plastic part contains many details such as porous,deep groove and lateral convex platform. UG NX software was used to model the characteristics of plastic parts. Under UG8.5 Mold Wizard application module,it ensured that each mechanism did not interfere with each other. According to the structural characteristics of the movable contact seat,the side feature forming of the plastic parts was realized by the core-pulling mechanism of pressing plate and inserting type. The ladder push rod was designed to ensure the smooth demoulding of plastic parts. In order to avoid the defects such as bubbles and depressions on the surface of plastic parts,a dovetail groove was set up on the parting surface of the mould for exhaust. The key point was using Mold ow software to simulate and analyze the defects of plastic parts,and reasonable optimization parameters were given. Finally,the process combination of melt temperature 280℃,holding time 8 s and lling pressure 95 MPa was selected to improve the service performance of the parts. The designed die has compact structure and stable operation, which has certain reference value for similar die design.
