国内注塑模具设计研究现状的可视化分析

Visual Analysis on Domestic Research Status of Injection Mold Design

基于知识图谱法与文献分析法,对国内注塑模具设计领域的代表性研究成果进行梳理与分析,以把握研究现状并探寻未来趋势。结果表明,该领域的研究成果极其丰富,形成了“基于CAE的注塑工艺分析及模具结构设计研究”、“模具结构的优化设计研究”、“特殊类型注塑模具的设计研究”、“三维软件的综合运用研究”和“注塑模具设计的基本理论研究”等五大研究热点。未来,我国注塑模具设计研究将继续以“典型塑件的注塑工艺分析及模具结构设计”为重点研究内容,而“设计手段的创新”,“新型模具结构的开发”以及“新设计理论的探索”等将成为新的突破点。

In order to obtain the research status and future trends of injection mold design in China,representative research results were summarized and analyzed based on the comprehensive application of knowledge mapping method and literature research method. The analysis conclusions show that the research results in this field are very rich and five research hot spots are formed such as“ research on injection molding process and mold structure design based on CAE”,“research on optimization design of mold structure”,“research on design of special type injection mold”,“research on comprehensive application of three-dimensional software”and “basic theoretical research on injection mold design”. In the future,the design research of injection molds in China will continue to focus on“ injection molding process analysis and mold structure design of typical plastic parts”. The“ innovation of design means”,“development of new mold structure” and“ exploration of new design theory”will become new breakthroughs.
