摘要 通过文献分析法总结了水库移民生计脆弱性影响因素,在此基础上采用灰色关联度分析法和聚类分析法筛选出对引江济淮移民生计脆弱性影响较大的18项因素。采用ISM模型深入剖析了引江济淮移民生计脆弱性影响因素之间的递层关系,对其各层影响因素的含义及应用进行了说明。同时,采用MICMAC模型对引江济淮移民生计脆弱性影响因素进行了分类,给出了各个生计脆弱性影响因素的特点与控制方法。研究结果有助于全面直接评估引江济淮移民生计脆弱性,帮助提高引江济淮移民生计脆弱性恢复的效率,并提供了科学控制引江济淮移民生计脆弱性的方法。 This paper summarizes the factors affecting reservoir migration vulnerability through literature analysis.On the basis,the grey relational analysis and cluster analysis are used to identify 18 factors that has a greater impact on the vulnerability of "Yangtze River to Huaihe River" migrants livelihood.ISM model is adopted to deeply analyze the hierarchical relationship between the influencing factors of livelihood vulnerability of the migrants and explain the meanings and applications of the influencing factors in each layer.At the same time,the MICMAC model is used to classify the influencing factors of livelihood vulnerability of the migrants,and the characteristics and control methods of the influencing factors of livelihood vulnerability are given.The results are helpful for the comprehensive and direct assessment of the livelihood vulnerability of "Yangtze River to Huaihe River" migrants.It also helps to improve the recovery efficiency of livelihood vulnerability of the migrants and provides a scientific method to control the livelihood vulnerability of the migrants.
