民族地区兼职教研员专业发展的困境与对策——来自广西G县的调查 被引量:1

摘要 兼职教研员作为教研员队伍的重要补充,其专业发展影响着民族地区教育的质量。研究发现:广西G县的兼职教研员专业理论知识较为欠缺,科研能力有待提升;教学任务比较繁重,缺乏专业发展规划;入职聘任制度有待明晰,评价晋升机制相对不健全;培训时间安排欠妥当,培训形式单一、培训内容脱离实际。为此,提高兼职教研员的专业发展水平需要调整其知识结构,促进教研能力均衡发展;明确兼职教研员的工作职能,搭建与其他教师的沟通平台;逐步完善考评体系,建立晋升机制;致力提高培训质量,保证培训效果。 The professional development of part-time teacher researchers, an important part and supplement to the teaching and research team, affects the quality of education in ethnic areas. It shows that the part-time teacher researchers of G county of Guangxi lack theoretical knowledge and scientific research ability;their teaching tasks are relatively heavy so that they generally lack of the professional development plan;the employment system and the evaluation and promotion mechanism are pending on improvement;training schedule including time, approaches and contents is still inappropriate. Therefore, to improve their professional abilities, it is necessary to adjust their knowledge structure, clarify their commitment, build a platform communicating with each other, improve the evaluation system and promotion mechanism, and strive to enhance training quality.
