要跳出老龄化社会的"阻挡效应",需要通过老年人自身利用所积累的经验、知识、技能,变"包袱"为"资源",充分挖掘老年人的经验价值和资源价值,激发老年人的再创造活力,变老年人为"大众创业、万众创新"的一支新的创业生力军,形成"高知型"老年人创业与"劳动型"老年人就业有机融合、相互支持的双轮驱动模式和老年人融合年轻人创新创业的新路径,助推中国经济社会发展进入以老专家、老学者、老匠人为带动力量之一的"后创业时代"和"后贡献时代"。

Abstrat:In order to get out of the"blocking effect"of aging society,it is necessary to turn"burden"into"resources"by using their experiences,knowledge and skills,to stimulate their re-creation vitality,which will turn the elderly into a new force for"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",form a new model of integrating the young and the elderly into innovation and entrepreneurship,and step into a new era of"post-entrepreneuri"and"post-contribution"with the old experts,old scholars,old craftsmen as one of the driving force.
