摘要
为推广儿童阅读,国际图联成立专门部门、颁布相关政策,推出"姐妹图书馆"和"图画书中的世界"两大品牌阅读项目。"姐妹图书馆"于2009年推出,鼓励图书馆间结对子、共发展;"图画书中的世界"于2011年推出,旨在让全球图书馆共同致力于图画书的阅读推广。从"孪生图书馆"到"姐妹图书馆"再到"图画书中的世界",其变化过程揭示出国际图联儿童阅读推广项目的发展轨迹。合作、共享和学习是国际图联在两大项目中体现出的儿童阅读推广核心理念。
In order to promote children s reading, International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) sets up special departments, publishes relevant policies and launches two children s reading promotion programs, that is,“Sister Libraries” and “The World through Picture Books”.“Sister Libraries” was launched in 2009 to encourage the co-development of libraries.“The World through Picture Books” was launched in 2011 to let the libraries in the world engage in picture book promotion together. From “Twin Libraries” to “Sister Libraries” and then to “The World through Picture Books”, all of these reveal development track of IFLA s children s reading promotion project. Cooperation, sharing and learning are the core concepts of IFLA s children s reading promotion which embodied in these two major projects.
