结合企业的业务实际,提出了实施零缺陷管理的方法和步骤,采用先试点,再推广的方法,通过专案改进,有针对性地解决问题,逐步提升过程和产品质量,建立零缺陷管理机制,促进企业零缺陷管理。

Combined with the actual business operations of the enterprise,a set of methods and steps imple-menting zero defect management are put forward.The zero defect management mechanism is established using the strategy of trial operating first and then expanding,to gradually improve process and product qualities through special program improvement,which will give the pertinent and appropriate resolution to the problems.
