白光LED照明荧光增白剂失效及色度测量方法 被引量:2

摘要 白光LED照明环境中几乎不包含420 nm以下的紫外光谱成分,因此纸张、纺织品等材质中荧光增白剂无法被紫外辐射激发,荧光增白功能失效。通过实验,探究了白光LED照明环境下荧光增白剂失效的机理,给出了色度与白度参数的测量方法。结果表明,对于色度与白度测量仪器,需要屏蔽掉仪器内部照明光源中420 nm以下的紫外光谱成分,例如使用白光LED或采用420 nm紫外滤光片配合氙灯照明,即可得到白光LED照明条件下样品的色度值与白度值。随着白光LED的普及,建议制造业减少室内用品的荧光增白剂的添加,也建议室内用品的色度评价标准逐步采用国际照明委员会发布的白光LED标准照明体。 The white LED lighting environment contains almost no ultraviolet spectral components below 420 nm. Therefore, fluorescent whitening material in paper, textiles and others cannot be excited by ultraviolet radiation, and the fluorescent whitening additive is ineffective. For ordinary colorimetry and whiteness measurement instruments, it is necessary to filter out the ultraviolet spectral components below 420 nm of the instrument illumination source, for example, using white LEDs or using 420 nm UV filters with xenon illumination to obtain the color of the samples, so as to evaluate the color and whiteness under white LED illumination conditions. In the future, with the popularization of white LEDs, it is recommended that the manufacturing industry reduce the inefficient addition of fluorescent whitening additive for indoor products. It is also recommended that the color evaluation standards for indoor products gradually adopt to the white LED standard illumination issued by CIE 15:2018.
