摘要
作为一种光学精密测量仪器,分布光度计校准工作主要包括对光谱、光通量进行定标,而对分布光度计的角度准确性及校准手段的研究报道较少。本文设计了一种以正多面棱体为核心部件的角度校准装置,运用该装置对分布光度计进行角度校准测试并分析测试数据结果,验证了该角度校准装置的有效性,从而为分布光度计角度校准问题的解决提供了参考。
Distribution photometer is a kind of optical precision instrument, whose calibration parameters mainly includes spectrum and luminous flux. However, the angle accuracy of the distributed photometer and the corresponding calibration means are seldom mentioned. In this paper, an angle calibration device is designed with regular polygon mirror as the core component. The device is used to calibrate the angle calibration of the distributed photometer and the data results are analyzed. The validity of the angle calibration device will be obtained, so as to solve the angle calibration problem of the distributed photometer.
