摘要
以聚氧化丙烯二醇为初始原料,通过酯化和胺化两步反应合成了分子结构中含有氨基甲酸酯基团的脂肪族端伯氨基的端氨基聚醚,通过凝胶色谱、红外光谱、核磁共振分析证实了所得端氨基聚醚产品的分子结构,并通过元素分析测定氨基转化率为98. 6%。
A novel leaving group method with simple process, high conversion rate of amino and easy post-processing was developed to synthesis amine-terminated polyether by using hydroxyl terminated polyether as raw material. As a result, an aliphatic primary amine-terminated polyether containing urethane group was synthesized through two steps of esterification reaction and amination reaction. The molecular structure of the resulting amine-terminated polyether was confirmed by GPC, FT-IR and NMR analysis. The conversion rate of amine was 98.6% by determining with elemental analysis.
