摘要
介绍具有纵倾角和外偏斜角的舵桨机及其传动轴系和主机的校中安装工艺及精度控制过程,即通过理论计算、拉线定位工艺,采用专用铣削机、专用校中指针,实施安装精度控制,解决具有纵倾角和外偏斜角的舵桨机及其轴系和主机的安装难题。实践证明,该校中和安装工艺对类似船舶舵桨机及其轴系和主机的校中安装具有参考价值。
The alignment installation technology and precision control of rudder propeller and its drive shaft system, and main engine with pitch angle and outer skew angle which are difficult to install are briefly introduced. That is, through theory calculation, technology of pull line positioning, adoption of expert milling machine and alignment pointer, and installation precision control, the installation difficulties of rudder propeller and its drive shaft system, and main engine with pitch angle and outer skew angle can be solved. It is also shown that the alignment installation technology provides reference for ships with similar equipments.
