摘要
对齿轮箱开发一套振动故障监测系统,及时发现和预防故障的发生。以减速齿轮箱试验台为基础,利用传感器分别对正常齿轮和故障齿轮的振动信号进行采集,采用时域分析、频域分析和阶次分析对所得的两组信号进行比较。观察和分析频谱和阶次谱,可明显地看到在故障存在时,两种情况下图谱存在的差异,由此可判断出故障的发生和位置。所开发的系统能有效地监测在故障发生时的特征,对齿轮箱故障监测有一定的参考价值。
A vibration fault monitoring system is developed to detect and prevent the faults of gearboxes in time. The vibration signals of the normal gear and the broken gear are collected by the sensors respectively on the reduction gearbox test bench. The analysis in time domain and in frequency domain, and order analysis are conducted to obtain and compare signals from the two groups. The results show the difference between the spectrums when the faults exist, which determines the occurrence and location of faults. The developed system can effectively monitor the characteristics of the fault, and has certain reference for the fault monitoring of the gearbox.
