摘要
根据工信部第二代完整稳性衡准高技术船舶科研项目相关研究成果,介绍5种失效模式薄弱性衡准和直接评估的最新进展,有助于将新衡准在实船设计中进行推广应用。
According to the results of the high tech ship research project about 2nd Generation Intact Stability Criteria (SGISC) supported by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, the latest progress of vulnerability criteria and direct stability assessment of five failure modes is introduced, which is helpful to the application of new criteria in ship design.
