中心带孔双层药型罩射流成型及侵彻模拟 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究药型罩外罩对内罩作用机理,用示踪法找到射流、杵体材料分界线,在分界线两侧设计两种金属材料,用AUTODYN模拟射流形成。对比单层和双层药型罩、中心带孔和不带孔双层药型罩形成射流及侵彻混凝土区别。研究发现,双层药型罩提高射流头部速度,加深侵彻孔深度,但直径较小;在一定范围内,双层药型罩开孔提高射流速度,使得侵彻深度和孔径达到最佳。因此,当外罩比内罩声阻抗小及药型罩开孔时,均可提高射流头部速度和侵彻深度。 In order to study the mechanism of the inner cover on the coating, the tracer method was used to find the material boundary of the jet and the body. Two kinds of metal materials were designed on the two sides of the dividing line, and the AUTODYN simulation was used to form the jet. The jet forming and the concrete penetration were studied by contrasting the single layer and double-layer liner, the center perforation and the non-perforated double-layer liner. It is found that the double-layer liner obviously improves the speed of the jet head, deepening the penetration depth, but the diameter is small. In a certain range, double-layer liner opening can improve the jet velocity, which makes penetration depth and aperture optimized. Therefore, the head speed and penetration depth can be improved when the outer cover is smaller than the internal acoustic impedance and the liner is opened.
