北京局集团公司强化货运组织管理的思考

A Study on the Strategies to Improve Freight Organization at China Railway Beijing Group

为提升北京局集团公司货运组织管理水平,阐述北京局集团公司货运发展现状,分析其在政策、经营、合作融合方面的优势。针对北京局集团公司货运组织工作存在的货源增量品类比较单一、运输能力比较紧张、组织水平有待提高等问题,结合当前供给侧改革的总体要求,从巩固大宗货物运量、拓展大宗白货营销、推进绿色物流示范项目、提升卸车效率、提升通道能力、优化机力调配、加强枢纽作业、强化技术制度保障等方面,提出强化货运组织管理的对策,为北京局集团公司货运增收创效及促进京津冀地区货畅其流提供支持。

To improve freight organization and management, based on an overview of the development of freight transportation, this paper analyzes the advantages in policy, operation, cooperation and integrated development at China Railway Beijing Group. Based on the general requirements of supply-side reform, this paper puts forward the strategies to improve freight organization management to solve the problems: single category of new cargo supply, insufficient transportation capacity and inefficient organization, which will help increase the turnover, while improving the efficiency at China Railway Beijing Group and facilitate smooth flow of goods in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area.
