摘要
在铁路向现代物流企业转型发展过程中,为深入推进供给侧结构性改革,大力拓展和延伸商品汽车物流市场,以中国铁路南宁局集团有限公司为例,在概述集团公司铁路商品汽车运输现状的基础上,针对制约商品汽车运输的运输工具保有量不足、到达末端接卸能力不足、铁路中转库(网络)布局不健全、管内装大于卸、各分界口通过能力不足等问题,提出实施战略合作、打造现代物流基地、构建完善生产管理制度、做好班列运输组织、优化各装车点装车组织方案、创新货运经营管理等对策。实践证明,用好铁路物流基地、扩充运输能力、强化市场营销等措施,使得铁路商品汽车运输取得明显成效。
Against the backdrop of transformation of the traditional railway industry into modern logistics, to further promote supply-side structural reform and expand the logistics market of commodity autos, this paper studies operation of transporting commodity autos at China Railway Nanning Group focusing on the existing problems: insufficient vehicles available, inadequate unloading capacities at arrivals, improper entrepot storage network, more loading than unloading operation within the domain and scarce carrying capacity at interfaces. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward the strategies: implementing strategic cooperation, building a modern logistics base, setting up and improving the production management system, organizing scheduled train transport, upgrading loading organization plans and innovating freight operation management measures. The paper concludes that the steps are efficient which include taking advantages of the railway logistics base, increasing transport capacity and improving marketing measures.
