摘要
为保障铁路罐式集装箱装运液体货物通过铁路安全运输,概述国际海运集装箱冲击试验及国内铁路罐式集装箱冲击试验,分析试验条件差异,提出目前国内罐式集装箱冲击试验中存在的风险,从试验基本要求、试验测点布置、试验测试方法等方面研究我国罐式集装箱冲击试验方法,并以20 ft乙醇罐式集装箱为例,利用有限元软件分析集装箱在典型工况下的受力情况和结构强度,根据计算结果布置冲击试验测点,并对冲击试验测试结果和计算结果进行比对,验证该试验方法的可行性,为罐箱集装箱铁路运输安全评估提供依据。
To ensure safe transportation of liquid tank containers by rail,based on an overview of the impact tests of international marine containers and domestic railway tank containers focusing on their difference,this paper summarizes the existing risks in the tank container impact tests in China,and studies the test methodology from the aspects of the basic requirements,arrangement of test points and test methods. Applying the finite element software,this paper analyzes the stress and structural strength of the containers under the typical working conditions taking the 20 ft ethanol tank container as an example. According to the results,this paper puts forward the arrangement of test points. To provide reference for safety assessment of railway tank container transportation,this paper concludes that the test methodology is feasible and accurate based on its comparison on the test outcome and calculation results.
