碾压混凝土模板和温控技术在山东庄里水库施工中的应用

Application of Roller Compacted Concrete Formwork and Temperature Control Technology in Construction of Shandong Zhuangli Reservoir

碾压混凝土具有连续作业、施工快速等特点,施工过程中碾压混凝土的模板和温控技术,很大程度上决定了施工效率和质量。本文以山东庄里水库碾压混凝土坝为例,介绍了组合爬升钢模板和预制混凝土挡块模板的结构形式和施工工艺,并对该工程的碾压混凝土温控技术进行了详细介绍,可为类似工程提供借鉴。

Roller compacted concrete has the characteristics of continuous operation and rapid construction.The formwork and temperature control technology of roller compacted concrete determine the construction efficiency and quality to a great extent.Taking the RCC dam of Zhuangli Reservoir in Shandong Province as an example,this paper introduces the structural form and construction technology of combined climbing steel formwork and precast concrete block formwork,and introduces the temperature control technology of RCC in this project in detail,which can provide reference for similar projects.
