摘要 为研究耦合状态、厚度以及热处理工艺对Q345钢超声检测应力系数K的影响,首先制定Q345钢的焊接工艺,并分别在耦合剂、机油、水中,在2 mm、6 mm、12 mm厚度下,在正火保温1 h、正火保温3 h、热轧状态下进行K值标定。分析发现,在水中Q345钢的耦合状态最好,且厚度对K值的标定影响不大,应力系数K值最小的是热轧状态,最大的是正火保温1 h后的材料状态。 In order to study the influence of coupling state, thickness and heat treatment process on the ultrasonic stress coefficient K of Q345 steel, the welding process of Q345 steel has been formulated, and the K values calibration have been carried out respectively in the coupling agent, engine oil and water, and under the thicknesses of 2 mm, 6 mm, and 12 mm, and when normalizing heat preservation for 1 h, normalizing heat preservation for 3 hours, under hot rolling conditions. Through analysis, it is found that the coupling state of Q345 steel in water is the best, and the thickness has little effect on the K values calibration. The minimum value of the stress coefficient K is that under the hot rolled state, and the maximum value is that under the material state after the normalizing heat preservation for 1 h.
