摘要
对比研究ZG15Cr1Mo1V材料相同回火温度下一次正火和二次正火的高温性能变化,并对组织进行分析,试验结果表明,一次正火回火后试块的高温持久性能优于二次正火回火后的试块,其主要原因在于经过二次正火,产生一定量的混晶组织,严重缩短了高温持久性能时间。
High temperature endurance performance change of ZG15Cr1Mo1V material under the condition of same tempering temperature at one normalizing and two normalizing have been compared and researched, further the microstructures have been analyzed. The test results showed that high temperature endurance performance of the specimen with one normalizing and tempering exceeded the specimen with two normalizing and tempering, the main cause was that a certain amount of mischcrystal resulted from two normalizing shortened seriously high temperature endurance performance time.
