摘要
采用优质原材料和EBT+LF+VD+ESR冶炼手段控制材料纯洁度;根据钢种特性设计加热与锻造工艺,保证含铜和铝的高合金钢变形均匀,避免表面开裂;锻后采取高温正火+多段式扩氢,避免白点缺陷产生;通过系列化工艺试验,确定科学的固溶+时效参数,保证硬度和冲击韧性满足要求。
Material purity has been controlled by applying high quality raw material and smelting manners of EBT+LF+VD+ESR, uniform deformation of high alloy steel with Cu and Al has been realized by designing heat and forging process parameters based on steel characteristics in order to avoid surface cracking, flakes defects could be eliminated by high temperature normalizing + multi-section hydrogen diffusion after forging. By a series of technical tests, scientific solution and aging parameters have been established to make hardness and impact toughness match with the requirements.
