摘要
承制的直径1480 mm Cr5材质支承辊锻件在调质前进行无损检测时发现无底波缺陷,采用扫描电镜等手段对缺陷位置进行解剖分析,最终确认缺陷性质为缩孔疏松。
Non-bottom echo defects have been found in the non-destructive test before tempering for the Cr5 back-up roll forging with a diameter of 1480 mm. Visual test and scanning electron microscopy have been used for anatomic analysis on the location of the defects, and finally the defects has been confirmed as shrinkage cavity and porosity .
