摘要 我国北方供暖日趋集中,供热需求不断增加,电力市场对火电机组供热灵活性要求也日益严格,采用新的供热技术是解决市场需求的重要手段。切缸技术以收益明显、投资成本低、应用前景广阔等特点备受大家关注。通过介绍和分析切缸技术,并与常规中间抽汽技术的供热能力、调峰能力、经济性和安全性进行了对比。结果表明,切缸技术优势明显,具备供热能力强、调峰能力好的供热特性。 The heating type in northern China is becoming more and more concentrated, and the demand for heat supply is increasing. The thermal power market is increasingly strict with the heating flexibility of the unit. The adoption of new heating technology is an important means to solve market demand. The cylinder transfer technology has attracted wide attention because of its significant benefits, low investment cost and broad application prospects. This paper introduces and analyzes cylinder transfer technology, and compares it with the heating capacity, peaking-shaving capacity, economy and safety of the traditional steam extraction technology. The comparison results show that the cylinder transfer technology has obvious advantages, and it has the heating property with strong heating capacity and good heating characteristics.
