摘要
根据活塞洗井作用原理,提出了压气洗井工艺流程,并在内蒙某铀矿床开展了现场试验,取得了良好的使用效果。设计开发的自动化压气洗井集成设备,基本实现了自动化作业、自动化记录数据及生成报表、作业过程远程监控及全天候作业以及洗井水零排放等目的。自动化压气洗井工艺具有操作简单、节约人力、洗井效果明显、安全环保效益高等特点,具备进一步推广的潜力。
According to the principle of piston washing,the well washing technology by compressed gas was put forward,and field tests were carried out in a uranium deposit in Inner Mongolia,and good results were obtained.Automatic well washing integrated equipment was designed and the objectives of automatic operation,zero discharge of well washing water,automatic recording of data and generating reports,remote monitoring of operation process and all-weather operation are basically realized.Automatic well washing technology by compressed gas has the characteristics of simple operation,saving manpower,obvious effect,high safety and environmental protection benefits,and has the potential for further promotion.
