地浸采铀自动盘管装置的研制与应用

摘要 地浸井场应用的PE管主要有潜水泵提升管、空气压缩机风管、抽注孔地表管和孔内聚乙烯管,在井场工艺管线安装过程中存在管子折断、报废等问题;而且,人工收放过程中费时费力、劳动强度大。为了提高地浸采铀井场的管道安装效率,结合PE管收放存在的问题,研制了自动盘管装置,解决了地浸采铀PE管收放过程存在的问题,降低了人工劳动强度和成本。 The PE pipes used in well field mainly include submersible pump riser,air compressor wind pipe,surface pipe of injection and drawing hole and polyethylene pipe in the hole.But during installation of pipeline process in well field,pipe breakage and scrap are easily happened.At the same time,manual collection and releasing the pipes in the installation process are waste time and energy with high labor intensity.For improving the rate of pipe installation at the in-situ leaching uranium well field,and combination of the real problems at practice of PE pipe collection and releasing,an automatic coiling unit is developed,and the problems existed in the process of collection and releasing PE pipe in-situ leaching uranium mine are solved.Labor intensity and cost are reduced.
