摘要
区块链作为现有信息技术的创新使用,在未来众多行业将会得到应用。区块链的主要特征包括去中心化、分布式、开放性、匿名性、信息不可篡改、自治性等。区块链的相关技术和应用如非对称加密技术、智能合约技术等逐渐在能源、金融以及政务等行业得以应用和推广,如应用于能源交易、保险理赔、证券交易、土地所有权登记等业务环节。然而由于区块链处于开发和应用的早期阶段,在技术和行业应用方面都存在许多未知隐患,如去中心化机制下的数据存储和删除的法律风险、数字货币的合法性、智能合约的不可篡改性等都面临法律问题,因此需要进一步开发研究并制定相应的规则、标准等来规范区块链技术的健康发展和合法应用。
As an innovative use of existing information technology,blockchain will be applied in many industries in the future.Its main features include decentralization,distribution,openness,anonymity,information not tampering,and autonomy.Related technologies and applications of blockchain,such as asymmetric encryption technology and smart contract technology,are gradually applied and promoted in energy,finance and other public sectors,such as energy trading,insurance claims,securities trading,land ownership registration,etc.However,due to the early stage of development and application of blockchain,there are many legal issues in technology and industry applications,such as data storage and deletion under decentralization mechanism,legality of digital currency,the inextricable modification of smart contracts,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to further develop research and formulate corresponding rules and standards to regulate the healthy development and legal application of blockchain technology.
