摘要
某网壳结构由于设计失误以及施工期间支座存在较大的安装偏差,致使施工中支撑钢柱及网壳结构形成初始强迫位移,产生了附加应力,最终导致部分杆件出现弯曲变形,部分竖向支撑钢柱发生倾斜现象,致使结构存在重大安全隐患,需立即停止使用并加固修复。经过检测鉴定和计算分析,明确了事故原因,并提出了加固处理方案。总结了网壳结构在设计和实际施工中的注意事项,供类似事故的预防及处理借鉴参考。
Due to design errors and large installation deviation of the supports during construction,the initial forced displacement of the supporting steel columns and the structure itself of a reticulated shell structure resulted in additional stress,which caused bending deformation of some members and inclination of some vertical columns.This problem created significant safety hazards to the structure and it is necessary for the structure to be out of service and to be reinforced.Based on the detection,identification and calculation analysis,this paper analyzes the causes of the accident,and puts forward the reinforcement scheme.It also summarizes the matters needing attention in the design and actual construction for reference of similar projects.
