论民国时期的盗墓之风

The Popularity of Grave Robbery During The Republic of China

民国时期的盗墓问题,是学术界研究的短板。这一时期的盗墓情况十分严重,无论是次数还是涉及地区及盗墓群体,都已经达到了相当严重的地步,盗墓成风乃不争的事实。至于盗墓之风的成因,与当时民众谋财、社会动荡等因素相关。至于应对之策,主要是政府层面的反盗墓政策、法令以及社会各界的舆论谴责、呼吁等。在今天看来,维护社会安定,进而采取综合治理措施,是从跟本上解决盗墓成风问题的关键。

The issue of grave robbery during the period of the Republic of China is not sufficiently studied. Grave robberies were serious problems not only in frequencies, but alsoin areas and robbers involved, which is an undisputed fact. And the cause is closely related to people’s desire for money, social unrest and other factors. As for the countermeasures, they mainly depended on government’s anti-robbery policies, decrees, and public condemnations and appeals. Today the key to finally solve this problem is to maintain social stability and adopt comprehensive measures.
